The Marian Work Study is a new nonprofit initiative that brings unique internship experiences and student scholarships to high schools within the Diocese of Bridgeport.

We believe quality education should be accessible to all and that it has the power to change the trajectory of a student’s life, especially for those from low income, minority and under-represented communities.  The Marian Work Study focuses on three core areas which empower its students to achieve more than they can ever imagine:

• Unique professional internship opportunities which build skills for future gainful employment and close the financial disparity gap

• Access to industry contacts and positions they normally would not have

• Scholarship funding to offset tuition so students can remain in a safe, spiritual and academically challenging high school.
